Spring Week #6: Erika Zembyla

6'0" Senior. Indoor and beach.

Last Week:
• Zembyla led FIU at the CCSA beach championship. She swept four matches by 2-0 scores with partner Lina Bernier at the No. 4 flight.
• They won contests against Louisiana State, South Carolina, Florida Atlantic and Alabama-Birmingham.
• As a team FIU fell in a semifinal to LSU. Florida State placed first.
• Zembyla is 20-6 this year. FIU ranks ninth nationally and is on track to qualify for next month’s NCAA championship tournament.
• At home Zembyla leads Cyprus’s women’s indoor national team. She has competed for Cyprus on the beach at women’s and junior events.
