2015 Sand Week #7: Anna Budinska
Florida International University
Reported to coaches in 2009 by AVSR Global.
Home: Prague, Czech Republic.
5'10" Senior / Graduate Student.
Indoor Position: Outside Hitter.

Latest Action:
• Budinska is returning this week to the national championships, playing for a different team this year. She transferred to Florida International last fall after starring at North Florida.
• FIU is seeded third in the eight-team field, behind Southern California and Hawaii.
• Budinska’s partner is Martyna Gluchowicz, also an AVSR Global recruit. As a pair they own a 12-2 record this year, playing most matches at the No. 2 and 3 flights.
• FIU’s top player is Maryna Samoday, another AVSR Global recruit.
• At North Florida, Budinska twice was sand champion of the Atlantic Sun Conference. As an indoor player she was North Florida’s best outside hitter.
• Budinska won UNF’s top scholastic award for business students. She is studying now for a master’s degree in international business.
