2014 Week #14:  Aleksandra Petronijevic

University of Memphis

Senior, 5'4" Libero.

Last Week’s Action:

• Petronijevic scored 42 digs in two matches to seal her career as the top ball-control player in Memphis volleyball’s 44-year history.  Memphis beat South Florida and fell at Central Florida.
• Petronijevic ranks third among Division I players this year with 717 digs.
• It’s her second season as the digs leader of the American Athletic Conference.
• Petronijevic owns all Memphis defensive records in career, season, and match categories.
• She played in every set of every Memphis match through four years, scoring 2,335 digs.

New Mexico State University, Junior, 5'9" Outside Hitter.
Reported to coaches in 2011 by AVSR Global.
Home:  Greerton, New Zealand.
Last Week:  Tauai slammed host Texas-El Paso with a .467 attacking blitz, and New Mexico State defeated the Miners 3-0.
