• Nieto Gomez sparkled in two Atlantic Sun matches. She scored 30 kills at .429 efficiency and posted 10 blocks as Jacksonville beat Florida Gulf Coast 3-2 and fell to Stetson 3-2.
• Jacksonville is aiming for its third consecutive Atlantic Sun championship.
• Nieto Gomez ranks among the A-Sun’s top blockers and hitters. In league matches she’s third in total blocks with 40, and she’s fifth in hitting efficiency at .324.

Last Week:  The top hitter in the Northeast-10 Conference blasted two opponents and lifted AIC to its best record since 2010. Djordjevic scored 47 kills at .469 efficiency to beat Saint Michael’s and Southern Connecticut. She’s leading the league with 4.02 kills per set.
